It is built very rugged and is easy to use all of the functions on it. Not only does it play your mp3 player, it also has a charger for it on the back so you can charge it up while playing it, very cool and no need to transfer your mp3 player to your vehicle or home to charge it up, or lose it's charge before the long work day ends. [2] Rating: 4 Date: 2010-01-29 Summary: Awsome sound! ... Just purchased this radio about a week ago. First i want to say this thing rocks. It has awsome sound. The mp3 port on the inside is great. Love that it accepts so many previous Milwaukee batteries.I wish it would charge the batteries, but like previous models it does not. This radio is a huge improvement over previous model which i might add is built like a tank as well and still works! The handles on it are kind of awkward as they are on the outside edge so when you pick it up you are carrying diagonal, but no big ...more
[3] Rating: 4 Date: 2010-02-06 Summary: Good Jobsite Radio ... The new Milwaukee jobsite radio is sweet. I had the older version on jobsites for almost 6 years and it still works and believe me it's been through Hell and back. The new radio sounds great I'm not sure if it as good as the older version but it still sounds great. I love the controls and display, the knobs used to fall off the older version all the time. The best part of this radio is the water tight compartment where you can use any Milwaukee battery made. I feel comfortable putting my $200 iPod inside hooking it ...more
